Whit Graves

A Charlottesville native, Whit earned a B.S. from James Madison University. He brings a unique and well rounded skillset pertaining to the construction industry. Based in Northern Virginia, he served as a Project Manager for Ryan Homes for several years before transitioning into the high end custom home field. Whit served for several years as Superintendent for the Wheatland Group LLC located in Leesburg, Virginia, prior to heading up his own construction firm in 2004. Whit holds a Virginia Class A Contractors License with a ‘Building’ designation, and has also completed the ‘Earth Craft Certification Program for Green Building’. In addition to his broad background in residential construction, Whit brings several years experience in the property management and real estate sales field, and has held an active Virginia Real Estate License since 2002. Whit joined forces with Scott Abbott to incorporate Evergreen Real Estate and Construction in the Fall of 2005.

Scott Abbott

Scott has lived in Charlottesville since 1989 and earned his B.A. from Longwood University in 1997. He has been involved in many facets of residential real estate and development industry in Charlottesville since 1998, including commercial & residential property management, subdivision development & real estate sales, and has held his real estate license since 1999. Scott holds a Virginia Class A Contractors License with ‘Building’ designation, and holds the ‘Aging in Place’ designation from the National Association of Home Builders. Most recently, Scott has completed the ‘Earth Craft Certification Program for Green Building’.
