If not properly managed, an ongoing construction site can quickly become a chaotic theater. One of the ‘absolutes’ at Evergreen, is the importance placed on sound site management. What does this really mean? We define it by the fulfillment of several daily, weekly, and monthly requirements:
- A site specific project manager assigned to oversee each individual project from start to finish.
- Proper management and tracking of on site materials and deliveries in order to reduce material waste and leakage.
- Use of ‘single cut area’ to reduce material waste during all applicable trades.
- Selections review & reconciliation with design specifications with each material order.
- Daily maintenance of a clean work site… a clean site is a safer and healthier environment for sound construction.
- Weekly schedule tracking updates with our clients and tradesman to ensure maximum efficiency for phase start dates.
- Biweekly budget updates provided for our ‘cost plus’ contract clients.
- Customer ‘On Demand’ accompanied site reviews with our project manager to review progress.
