Whit Graves

A Charlottesville native, Whit earned a B.S. from James Madison University. He brings a unique and well-rounded skill set to his work at Evergreen Builders. After college, he served as a Project Manager for Ryan Homes in Northern Virginia for several years before transitioning into the high-end custom home field. He then served for several years as Superintendent for the Wheatland Group LLC located in Leesburg, Virginia. Whit returned to Charlottesville and started Evergreen in 2005. Whit holds a Virginia Class A Contractors License with a ‘Building’ designation and has also completed the ‘Earth Craft Certification Program for Green Building.’ In addition to his broad background in residential construction, Whit brings several years experience in the property management and real estate sales field and has held an active Virginia Real Estate License since 2002.

Among his many community services, Whit was named a member of the Charlottesville Board of Architectural Review and began his tenure in January 2012.
