Greetings From Evergreen Real Estate & Construction!
We would like to welcome and introduce Larry M. Weber as the latest member of the Evergreen Construction team. Larry is to serve us as Commercial Project Manager as he assists in continuing to improve and expand our commercial construction business here in Charlottesville. Larry brings with him an impressive level of experience, formerly serving as a Project Engineer and Assistant Project Manager for Shanska, USA Building Inc. (Charlottesville, VA) and most recently, as a Senior Project Engineer for Barton Malow Company (Pittsburgh, PA). Some past projects of special interest on which Larry has served as either a Project Manager or Project Engineer are:

We would like to take the opportunity to personally thank you for taking the time to review our new website. In the spirit of ‘keeping it simple’ (which is an unofficial motto here at Evergreen), we hope you find the site clear, easy to navigate, and efficient in its presentation of information. One of the main functions of the site shall be to not only serve as a means for our potential customers to become familiar with our company and the services we provide, but also as a useful tool for our current clients, by providing a forum for technical information, and project updates. We like the site a lot, and look forward to your feedback.
We intend to continually improve and expand the site moving forward. One exciting feature, is the very tool I am using right now… our ‘Blog’ section of the site is a powerful tool for keeping our present and future clients up to speed with not only the latest projects that Evergreen is working on, but we also plan to use the ‘Blog’ to provide the latest news, techniques, and trends within the construction industry; both nationally and locally. The site is also ‘design ready’ for project specific webcams in the not too distant future. If you check the site periodically, you will find the site continually updated.
We would like to also send out a personal ‘thank you’ to all of our past clients who not only provided us with testimonials, but also allowed us to post them on our website for all to see. Nothing is better than a heart felt recommendation from our past clients. I hope the manner in which we showcased those recommendations is seen as a testament of the value we place upon them.
