5 Step Delivery Method
Step 1: Define the Scope
Meet with Evergreen design group professionals and construction team early to identify your needs, budget and timeline. Develop the overall project size including consideration of the projects sustainable, functional and financial feasibility.
Step 2: Develop an Affordable Design
The development of preliminary designs, site plans, and construction costs, through our design & pre-construction teams. To provide you, as owner with REAL information to assist you in the decision-making process.
Step 3: Enter into a Single Source Design+Build Contract
Upon development of detail project description then implemented into a contract, Owner and Evergreen enters into a Design+Build construction contract. Design specifications, architecture and engineering are completed. Applications for mass grading and construction permitting are submitted.
Step 4: Construction
Evergreen will develop the construction schedule, secure the building permits, and begin field ground work and erection of your new building. This step also includes the continuous management oversight to “fast-track” and reduces field construction time, allowing you early occupancy of your building.
Step 5: Occupancy
Final coordination with the Service Group to develop and respond to a comprehensive punch list, review of warranty information, review of all systems operation and satisfactory function.
