Westwood of Aiken
Description of Services:
Secured approval for 117 unit residential subdivision for client. A volatile neighborhood, rumors of the site being used to dispose of old tires in the late eighties and the City wanting to guarantee that the vertical construction would be consistent with the rest of the community were some of the challenges which were overcome in this successful PUD.
