A Refuge For The Smaller Yogis

In the spring of 2010, Evergreen was presented a unique opportunity to collaborate in a commercial renovation for a new and exciting yoga studio coming to the downtown mall. ‘Bend Yoga’ is a unique take on an already thriving yoga movement. Bend Yoga specializes in the introduction and instruction of Yoga to young children and their attending parents. We were so excited to have the opportunity. The design concept the owners brought to us was unique, clean, and super functional. With this design, less is more… with impact matting specifically for shock absorption; custom cabinetry designed to add a smooth, simple, and calming appeal with quiet color tones, and simplified lines. After several months of renovation, the studio was preparing to open for business in September of 2010. Today, the studio’s client membership is well over a hundred, with new sign-ups each week. We are proud of the product of our collaboration, and hope you stop on in to view the space and sign-up for a session!
