Evergreen is a class A general contracting firm with the capability to undertake large scale community developments. Our principle partners both bring experience in land acquisition and development. From initial site layout, engineering and road construction, site preparation, to final construction build out, we bring the knowledge and experience necessary to be a strong management partner for your next development plan.
In the fall of 2006, Evergreen was chosen by the RoseWood Village Corporation as the general contractor for phase I of their assisted living facility in Wintergreen, Virginia. Phase I, known as RoseWood Villas at Wintergreen, is comprised of a 25 unit community that will later be accompanied by an approximated 50-60 Condominium Units and an 32 unit Assisted Living Facility, all sharing the same site location. Phase I: The Villas at RoseWood Village, were a design collaboration between RoseWood Village and D.S.I. Architects (Columbus, Ohio) as a 55+, easy living community. Evergreen has finished its 16th home within the community.
