This unique “American Style Panoramic Cottage” plan was acquired from Drummond Designs. It is a great example of what is possisble using on-line resources, and taking careful consideration for the type of home best suited for a particular building site.

This floorplan provided an open living plan, comprising of a 1st floor master bedroom suite, complete with full walk-in closet. The greatroom, equipped with gas fireplace and full stone surround was most impressive, and also helped capture the home’s ‘cottage’ roots.

The adjoining master bath provided a double vanity, cast iron whirlpool tub with tile surround, along with full custom tile shower with glass door entry. The view provided by full height windows along the rear dining and great room, masterfully took advantage of the best this unique building site had to offer.
