The basement was prewired for an additional two bedrooms, as well as completed rough-in plumbing for an addtional full bath.
The second floor provided two secondary bedrooms, a full bath to service them, along with the master suite. The master bath within the master suite included a cast iron whirlpool soaking tub, and custom tile shower. Our clients were thrilled with the efficiency of the home, as well as the home’s ability to expand as the needs of their family expanded too, without having the upfront cost associated with finishing the entire home right away.
