Adapting an Estate to the Needs of its New Owner

This estate, located just off Garth Road near Foxfield, is comprised of a 6,800 sqft main house along with a cottage, barn facility, garage apartment, pool house, and detached office with guest suite and workout room.  The new owners loved the location, but had a different vision for some aspects of the property.

To begin, we completely rehabbed the cottage to give the owners a comfortable place to stay while work continued on the other buildings.  The next project was to turn the old barn into an office, workshop, and garage bays for use by an estate management company.  In the main house we closed in a side porch to create a sunroom addition for the kitchen, added a masonry fireplace on the second floor, and undertook various upgrades both large and small throughout the house in order to make it the home the owners had envisioned.


My wife and I have dealt with contractors for over 20 years and have never encountered one as timely, responsive, and knowledgeable as Evergreen. Whit and Scott are without a doubt the most personable and conscientious young men to be found in this field.
